Welcome to the 'Picture This' Story
Welcome to the 'Picture This' blog and story. 'Picture This' is a digital storytelling and video project based at Ali-Curung community, about an hour and a half south of Tennant Creek in the Northern Territory, Australia.
The project was initiated by Barkly Arts, in particular Lorna Martin (now Arts Co-ordinator at Arlpwe Art and Culture Centre, Ali-Curung) and is funded by Arts NT. Two project workers, digital storyteller Daryll Bellingham and project assistant and blogger, Karen Tunny are based at the Ali-Curung artists space where they are working closely with Elders, artists and other community members to tell their personal and community stories.
